To inspire youth to recognized their gifts, talents. A mentorship platform for inspiration.  To create a voice and become trailblazers and problem-solvers.  To develop awareness access opportunities that will positively impact their lives, organizations and community healing  Promote family unification, address critical issues that’s delaying personal growth. 

NSNS Youth Empowerment program is managed by youth and merging adults and supported by the parents, school and community

 I. This ensure youth and receiving  holistic benefits; access to mental health and overall well-being;  and their social-emotional needs

II. Your voice is heard and accepted, this platform strengthen communication skills to develop their perspectives, leadership abilities, and behaviors to achieve goals and dreams. 

Serving ages 11-24, to connect with youth & young adult to develop meaningful relationships. To address the needs of underserved youth, particularly those with Early Warning Indicators, learning disabilities (IEP/504), teen pregnancy, gun violence, LGBQT+, homeless, substance abuse or behavioral disorders or group influence. We create goals and create ways to receive quality education and case management services, healthy/fun/positive social activities and preventive measures on addiction support.  

Workforce Solutions helps youth learn how to get a job, keep a job, and find a better job. Assistance for job search, work, and educational training available.  We connect with other community based programs, projects and organizations are job readiness skills and/or college preparedness. 

* Grooming Services are available via Care Coordinator with Public or Private Schools in Baltimore City only 

Best practices in Healthcare at a community based level.  Understanding teen dating violence, making better choices to empower adolescents, workshops around protection of self respect, (reproductive health) unintended pregnancies, safe sex, HIV/STD information, health screenings, and psychosocial and sexual development. Connecting with primary care providers, mental health counselors, addiction counselors, sports and art community events and much more.
