New Beginnings

We are have activated our voices and changing the tone to act now. No Struggle No Success Inc. (NSNS) designed a robust program that demonstrates there's “no excuse” to return back to prison. In June of 2020, the nonprofit organization  name was adopted from a juvenile (at the age of 15) who was charged as an adult in Frederick County, Maryland.   This tragic experience led NSNS to create a fresh change in the tone for youth and adults transitioning out of juvenile facilities and prisons in Maryland.   With the help of this youth created a passionate path of freedom, family and finance. With the help of this passionate youth, NSNS developed a path to freedom, family and finance. NSNS  also advocates for ways to reduce recidivism, hold state/city officials accountable, and build impactful relationships to access community resources.

This sensible approach drastically improves the success of decreasing mass incarceration, law modifications, and removing the obstacles in the reentry of youthful offenders.

Main Purpose

The Need:  The Need: To reduce the high rates of recidivism, minimize crime, and relieve the criminal justice system.

The Solution:   The Solution:  To remove all the excuses of returning to prison. The proof is clear—participants are able to access people who live their life and/or their loved ones.

The Hero: We have many heroes who have came home to give back.

One of them is NSNS Program Director, Stanley Mitchell, who rebuilt his legacy by helping others who served time on the "plantation",  after serving 38 years in prison, only for the judiciary system to declared a mistrial. He is dedicating his life to build a legacy that demonstrate the need of rehabilitation.  He strives daily to advocate the importance of reentry services and build partnerships that strategically seek ways to reform the criminal justice system.

Stanley Mitchell

Mr. Mitchell has walked a straight and narrow path since his release, committing his time to assist recently incarcerated individuals transitioning back to the community and loved ones
