At some point in our lives, we’ve all faced moments we wish had never happened.
Acting on impulse, showing immaturity, or making poor decisions can alter the course of a life in mere seconds. The question is: when does the cycle of pain come to an end? One thing is clear—change is necessary.
No Struggle No Success (NSNS) champions a transformative approach to breaking that cycle. We bring together the voices of incarcerated individuals, those who have walked in their shoes, and families directly impacted by incarceration. By blending lived experience with compassionate care, we create a roadmap to second chances—helping individuals confront barriers, heal from trauma, and embrace accountability.
Our mission is to eliminate the likelihood of reoffending and open pathways to safety, stability, and opportunity—for individuals, families, and entire communities.

Through trauma-informed care, mentorship, and holistic reentry support, NSNS guides individuals on their journey of healing—helping them move beyond pain and adversity to emerge stronger, more responsible, and committed to creating positive change in their communities.

No Struggle No Success, Inc. welcomes participants who demonstrate a willingness to learn and modify behaviors during their incarceration, as they prepare for the transition back to their families and the community.

Since May 2018, No Struggle No Success, Inc. (NSNS) has proudly served over 1,817 justice-impacted individuals across the State of Maryland. As we celebrate 8 years of transformative service and advocacy, we extend our deepest gratitude to our participants, families, partners, supporters, volunteers, and community leaders who have helped make this mission possible.
