PIVOT Baltimore is dedicated to empowering women through personal development, career readiness, individualized coaching, and meaningful community connections.
Through a comprehensive 12-week cohort program, participants gain valuable tools, resources, and guidance to strengthen their confidence, develop essential life skills, and pursue pathways toward economic independence and long-term stability.
Every Woman’s Journey Is Unique
At PIVOT, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Every woman brings unique experiences, strengths, aspirations, and challenges. PIVOT embraces these differences by working individually with participants to develop personalized plans aligned with their interests, lived experiences, and personal and professional goals.
