The transition from incarceration to returning to the community often evokes feelings of helplessness and embarrassment. NSNS's reentry program is uniquely positioned to assist individuals in breaking free from old habits and establishing a positive path forward.
Each day, the leadership at NSNS actively seeks ways to raise awareness about the reentry population. No Struggle No Success, Inc. welcomes participants who demonstrate a willingness to learn and modify behaviors during their incarceration, as they prepare for the transition back to their families and the community.
NSNS is dedicated to ensuring that youth, adults, and their families receive culturally appropriate wrap-around prevention services. This includes programs that reconnect youth and young adults with traditional community building and healing practices, providing support to navigate the justice system. NSNS extends its support to motivated individuals who are either currently incarcerated or have recently been released from prisons and detention centers.
The organization actively promotes community-oriented and problem-oriented policing, aiming to enhance community safety. Additionally, NSNS advocates for school and community-based restorative and transformative justice approaches, emphasizing healing as a viable alternative to the traditional court system. At the core of NSNS's approach is mentorship and peer support, offering a balanced mix of intentional instruction and the alignment of values that promote self-sufficiency and success.
NSNS serves as a demonstration of effective strategies to reduce recidivism, foster impactful relationships, decrease mass incarceration, advocate for changes in laws, and eliminate obstacles in the reentry transition for adult offenders. The organization also provides intervention services for youth and young adults, emphasizing a comprehensive approach to address the root causes of involvement with the justice system.

At some point in our lives, we've all experienced moments we wish had never happened. Acting on impulses, displaying immaturity, and making poor decisions can alter the course of one's life in a matter of seconds. The question arises: when does the cycle of pain come to an end? It's evident that change is necessary.
No Struggle No Success (NSNS) advocates for a transformative approach by blending the experiences of incarcerated individuals with those who have walked in their shoes and those directly impacted by incarceration. The goal is to share the roadmap of a second chance at life, identifying and addressing barriers to eliminate the likelihood of reoffending.
NSNS aims to demonstrate that individuals have the capacity for change, maturity, and taking responsibility for their poor decision-making, acknowledging the impact on the lives that were affected. The organization strives to guide individuals through their trauma and help them emerge with a strong sense of accountability.
