Impact Report & Programming

2025 Impact Summary Report

In 2025, No Struggle No Success, Inc. (NSNS) reaffirmed a powerful truth: successful reentry requires hands-on support, lived experience, and real-time responsiveness to the complex challenges justice-impacted individuals face. This year, we strengthened alignment between policy and practice, accountability and compassion, ensuring that participants were not only informed—but fully equipped—to rebuild their lives with dignity and stability

NsNs Impact-Report FINAL (1).

Through our Reentry Community Care, Youth Empowerment, Peer Mediation, and Diversion initiatives, NSNS delivered comprehensive wraparound services focused on housing stabilization, workforce development, behavioral health coordination, and family reunification.

2025 Highlights Include:

  • 82% of participants obtained employment

  • 73% retained employment 90+ days post-placement

  • 60% engaged in workforce training or were released with certifications

  • 97% successful program completion rate

  • 68% secured stable housing, with 90% maintaining housing for 6+ months

  • 32 returning citizens supported upon release

  • 143 youth served (127 school-based participants)

In total, NSNS accepted 124 new referrals and maintained active reentry support for dozens of adults transitioning back into Baltimore communities.

As we look ahead, NSNS remains committed to prevention, public safety, and experiential reentry programming that addresses root causes—not just symptoms. True transformation happens when communities invest, systems listen, and individuals are met where they are—with structured pathways forward.
