Court Date w/ filed motions such as a JRA, Second Look, Post Conviction granted * or sentence modification. Parole Hearing or Rehearing: with recommendations completed or in motion, Mandatory Release, or 90 days or less on electronic monitoring device.
Eligibility Criteria: You were release recently from jail, prison, currently on probation and parole, or transitioning from a behavioral health facility such as a halfway house. OTHER: In court and judge is willing to order diversion community based supportive care.

❗ Note: NSNS does not accept referrals directly from incarcerated individuals. However, they are welcome to write to us, and we will respond within 30 days with program materials and eligibility information.
Please allow 14 days for processing a referral. * Subject to be extended based on the scheduling of our Reentry Interview. We required a full review of documentation by the referring agency.
Our Program Determination is as follows:
1. NSNS has Official stated Acceptance - our office will provide an enrollment letter with a summary of reentry services and duration.

2. Denial: NSNS Reentry Community Care Team voted No regarding program acceptance at this time. Please know that decisions to decline participation are never made lightly. Our team conducts a thorough review process that prioritizes public safety, participant readiness, program alignment, and the capacity to deliver an effective, structured reentry home plan. When we determine that an individual may not be an appropriate fit for our current program model, it reflects our responsibility to maintain the integrity of services and ensure the highest likelihood of success for both the participant and the community.

Contingent Status, NOT guarantee of acceptance, however we are working with the referring agency to gather file motions, institutional records or release of information to help us see the whole picture of the applicant. This letter may also be used for delay release via Maryland Parole Board when there is no official release date only a month and year forecasted.
NSNS remains deeply committed to supporting individuals who demonstrate readiness to engage in accountability-driven, structured reentry programming and who no longer wish to reoffend. Our work is grounded in restorative justice, relapse prevention, and long-term stabilization strategies that promote measurable public safety outcomes. We encourage continued engagement and growth, and we remain open to reviewing future referrals should circumstances change.

I. Youth/Young Adult Alternative Approaches [Ages 13-18]
No Struggle No Success, Inc. is committed to providing personalized prevention services that target early warning signs, aiming to keep children out of the adult prison system. By emphasizing teaching, inspiration, inclusion, and active listening, NSNS is redefining reentry case management and developing innovative approaches for overall wellness. * No housing available for 18 and younger!
The focus on youth where NSNS promotes a holistic approach to healing and Peer Mediation Programming- engaging Generation Z through relatable strategies is vital in addressing their trauma and ensuring their voices are heard. By emphasizing conflict management and mediation, NSNS helps mitigate the impact of delinquent behaviors and senseless crimes, ultimately strengthening families and communities. Preferences are given to students with incarcerated parents, siblings and directory involved in DJS.
FOR school-based services for teachers, administrators and guardians to call upon youth empowerment mentors to help reduce school drops, preventative measures on drugs and vaping, handgun / redirection for offenses car jacking and robbery. Elevating access to training, internship, job placement and career & academic goals.
II. Adult Reentry Programming [Ages 19-65]:
No Struggle No Success, Inc. (NSNS) focuses on creating personalized reentry home plans that incorporate effective prevention strategies, services, and resources to support individuals immediately upon their release. This proactive approach helps establish a strong foundation for a successful new journey, significantly reducing the likelihood of reoffending.
